| Digital Cut Lettering & Logos
In its simplest form a Digital Cut transfer would consist of lettering created from a specific font, such as a name and number on a football shirt or a basic company logo.
Initially the graphic would be created as vector outlines on a computer and then output to a plotter cutter which would cut the profile from a solid sheet of transfer film.Transfer films are available in a variety of standard colours and fancy finishes, including a 3D textured velvet effect which is ideal for business garments - giving a slightly raised textured finish.
Next the excess transfer material is manually removed and the transfer it heat sealed directly onto the garment producing a vibrant, crack and fade resistant print which should last the life of the garment.
